Emily Rokon
LIMHP
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying anxiety, grief, relationship stress, or the emotional weight of major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and others. Therapy offers a space to process those experiences, gain insight, and begin moving toward meaningful change with support that feels genuine and collaborative.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship stress, and perinatal mental health concerns. As a LIMHP, LICSW, and PMH-C, I am passionate about helping people feel more grounded, connected, and supported during difficult seasons of life.
My style is collaborative, direct, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel human, not overly clinical, and I strive to create a space where clients feel both supported and challenged. I’m honest and straightforward in sessions, while also bringing warmth and humor into the process when appropriate. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself and the life you want to build.
Therapy doesn’t require perfection — just a willingness to show up and begin.
