Appointments
Your first appointment will be 1 hour in length. Please keep us updated with any address, email, telephone and insurance information or changes. If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify us as soon as possible. A fee may be applied to your account if an appointment is missed without a 24 hour notice.
You may text 402-889-3633 Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Client Payments
A patient portal is available for your payments. This portal is secure and will accept Debit or Credit cards, Visa or MasterCard. Once you have registered as a patient you will receive an invitation to the portal.

Insurance
Prior to setting up an appointment we will ask you to take a front and back screenshot of your insurance card and text this to us at 402-889-3633. We will verify if our office is in network with your insurance . If we are not in network we will notify you and you can chose to be self pay or not make an appointment and I will provide referral information. If we are in network we will check your benefits, request authorizations and submit claims on your behalf. You will be responsible for all co pays, deductible amount and outstanding balances. Reduced fees are available self pay.
